Prime Video’s holiday campaign brought festive cheer through a playful digital out-of-home and social strategy. The campaign mixed humor with iconic holiday movie moments, creating relatable scenarios like rushing through the airport like Mrs. McCallister or hunting for a toy like Arnold Schwarzenegger in Jingle All the Way. It also paired unexpected holiday films—such as bad Santas, steamy heartthrobs, or movies for awkward family dinners—offering a fresh, fun take on classic content.
Visually, the campaign featured a foiled present wrapper motif, tying together digital and social assets with a cute, festive touch. The combination of humor, nostalgia, and quirky references resonated with audiences, generating strong social engagement and drawing attention to Prime Video’s diverse holiday offerings.
